BetWorks Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry specific meanings wherever they appear. Reading these definitions first will help you understand the rest of the document clearly.

To register an account with betworks, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You are a minimum of 18 years of age.
• You are accessing betworks from a jurisdiction where using online betting and casino services is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name — not on behalf of another person or as a corporate entity.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with betworks or any related platform.
• You have not previously had a betworks account closed for breach of these terms.

During registration you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid contact email or mobile number. betworks reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at any time. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each individual may hold only one betworks account. If betworks identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts beyond the first registered account will be closed. Any bonuses received across duplicate accounts will be voided. betworks will use its judgement in determining which account was the original registration when dealing with duplicate situations.

Your betworks account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any bets placed, deposits made and any communications sent through your account. betworks cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to protect your login credentials.

You must keep your password confidential and must not share your account login details with any other person under any circumstances. betworks employees will never ask for your full password. If you are contacted by anyone claiming to be betworks support and requesting your full password, do not provide it and report the contact to us immediately.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact betworks support immediately via live chat or email at support@betworks.pro. We will suspend your account pending an investigation. betworks will not be liable for losses that occurred before you notified us of suspected unauthorised access.

All financial transactions on betworks are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). betworks does not support transactions in any other currency. Attempting to transact in a foreign currency will result in the transaction being declined.

Deposits: betworks accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa or Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider — typically within a few seconds for mobile wallet deposits. betworks does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to betworks verification requirements. Standard account withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of request. VIP Gold tier and above receive same-day processing. Diamond VIP members receive instant withdrawals. betworks reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Verification requirements: Before your first withdrawal, betworks requires identity verification including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of payment method ownership. betworks may request additional documentation for large withdrawals or where unusual activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being suspended pending resolution.

betworks offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP loyalty rewards. Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the promotion details. Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately in your betworks account.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be transferred to your real money balance and made eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place qualifying bets totalling Rs 20,000 before the associated winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates per game category are listed in each promotion's specific terms.

Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated wagering progress that have not been completed by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. betworks is not obligated to restore expired bonuses under any circumstances.

Abuse: betworks monitors bonus usage for patterns suggesting abuse, including but not limited to matched betting across multiple accounts, intentional low-risk betting designed to exploit bonus terms, and coordinated bonus stacking. betworks reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified, without prior notice.

Withdrawal restrictions: Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to maximum withdrawal limits specified in individual promotion terms. Once wagering requirements are satisfied, eligible winnings are transferred to your real money balance.

betworks operates a sportsbook covering PSL cricket, international cricket, football, virtual sports and other markets. The following rules apply to all sports and virtual sports bets placed on betworks.

Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the betworks system. A bet slip being generated on your device does not constitute a confirmed bet. You will receive confirmation of a successful bet placement in your account betting history. betworks reserves the right to decline any bet for any reason, including where a bet may represent a clear pricing error or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.

Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum bet size is Rs 50 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market and event and are applied at the point of bet placement. betworks may adjust individual player maximum stake limits at its sole discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest professional or coordinated activity.

Settled bets: Once a betworks bet has been settled, it cannot be amended or reversed except in cases of clear technical error confirmed by betworks's trading team. Settlement decisions made by betworks are final unless an appeal is submitted within 48 hours of settlement and a clear error is established.

PSL Betting: PSL markets are settled using official Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) scores where applicable for rain-affected matches. In the event of a match being abandoned with insufficient overs bowled to constitute a valid result, betworks PSL bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

In-play betting: In-play markets on betworks are updated in real time. betworks reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and may void in-play bets where clear data errors occur. Bets accepted on incorrect in-play prices due to a material error on the part of betworks's data providers may be voided at betworks's discretion.

betworks operates a live casino and online slots section. Games are supplied by third-party certified game providers. All games use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live games, physical equipment operated by trained professional dealers.

Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including connection loss, game software error or dealing error in a live game — betworks will investigate the round and settle it according to the available game data and the studio's official malfunction protocols. If a round cannot be determined from available data, all bets on that round will be voided and stakes returned. betworks's decision following a malfunction investigation is final.

Disconnection: If you experience a connection loss during a live game after placing a bet, the game will proceed according to the live game's default disconnection rules. betworks is not responsible for connection issues caused by your device, internet service provider or mobile network. Game results will be recorded and visible when you reconnect.

RTP information: The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) for each betworks slot and RNG game is displayed in the game's information panel. RTP figures represent long-run statistical averages over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee specific returns in any individual session.

Betting limits: Each casino game on betworks has minimum and maximum bet limits visible before play begins. betworks may adjust table and game limits without prior notice. VIP players may be offered higher limits at betworks's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betworks platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent use of payment methods: Using payment credentials belonging to another person, using stolen card details, or initiating chargebacks after funds have been used for betting.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, card game or betting market on betworks.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using software to exploit bonus wagering conditions, or any form of coordinated bonus stacking.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, software or any automated system to place bets, interact with games or scrape betworks data without explicit written permission.
• Match fixing or insider betting: Placing bets based on inside information or participating in any arrangement to influence the outcome of an event on which betworks offers markets.
• Money laundering: Using betworks in any way intended to conceal the source of funds or cycle funds for money laundering purposes.
• Providing false identity information: Registering with false identity details or submitting forged or altered verification documents.
• Betting on behalf of minors: Allowing or facilitating access to the betworks platform by anyone under the age of 18.

betworks is committed to providing a safe and sustainable entertainment environment. The betworks responsible gaming framework includes tools that allow players to control their own betting activity. We strongly encourage all players to use these tools proactively.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all betworks account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss amount over a defined period. Once your loss limit is reached, no further real money bets can be placed until the limit period resets.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration. When the limit expires, your session will end automatically and you will need to manually restart to continue playing.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion for 30 days, 90 days, or a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before the nominated period ends. Permanent exclusion is irreversible.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic notifications during play reminding you of the time elapsed and amount wagered in your current session.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the betworks platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any betworks content without prior written authorisation from betworks.

Game content on the betworks platform is supplied by third-party game studios under licence arrangements. That content remains the intellectual property of the respective studios. Any use of game assets, branding or content beyond the platform itself requires the explicit permission of the originating studio.

betworks provides its services on an "as available" basis. Whilst we take all reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates reliably, betworks does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and external factors including internet service disruptions may affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betworks's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount of real money funds held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises, or the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30 days prior to the claim — whichever is lower.

betworks will not be liable for:

• Losses arising from connection issues, device failures or network interruptions outside betworks's direct control.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of enjoyment.
• Losses resulting from a Player sharing their account credentials with another person.
• Any failure by a Player to read or understand the rules of a game before playing.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by Player failure to complete verification requirements.

Nothing in these terms limits betworks's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

betworks reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — betworks will provide at least 7 days' notice via a platform notification and/or an email to the address registered on your account before the changes take effect.

For minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors or updates to reflect changes in payment methods — betworks may implement changes immediately with a notation of the update date at the top of this page.

Continued use of betworks after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact betworks support to close your account and withdraw any real money balance.

The version of these Terms and Conditions that was in force at the time a bet was placed governs the settlement of that bet, regardless of any subsequent amendment.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and betworks with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings relating to the same subject matter.

Disputes: If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your betworks account, bet settlement, bonus terms or any other platform matter, you should contact betworks customer support in the first instance via live chat or by emailing support@betworks.pro. betworks aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. Complex disputes may require additional time, and betworks will communicate a timeline to you in those cases.

Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the standard support process, you may escalate it to the betworks disputes escalation team by clearly marking your correspondence as an escalation. The escalation team operates independently of the standard support function and will review the matter fresh.

Language: These terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translation of these terms, the English version prevails.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms otherwise remain in full force and effect.
